We invite you to submit an application for membership to one of our local chapters here in BNI Middle Tennessee, Kentucky, Southern Indiana.

TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP:
1. Complete every interactive field on both pages.
2. Print and sign the completed application. You should also print a copy for your records.
3. Submit a signed and completed membership application, along with payment, to the chapter you wish to join.

The investment to join BNI consists of an application fee and a participation fee as shown below. 
1. Application Fee: $199.00
2. Participation Fees:
a. Option 1. $749.00 for a one-year membership, or
b. Option 2. $1,273.00 for a two-year membership.

Therefore, the initial investment to join BNI is $948 for one year or $1,472 for two years.

Your application will be reviewed by the Chapter's Membership Committee, and you will be notified of the status ASAP.

Submitting and/or paying for your membership does not imply acceptance to BNI. All applicants must be reviewed and approved by the Chapter Membership Committee in order to be a BNI member.
